Kristin is an HR business partner and talent management specialist focused on building talent-first company cultures. Prior to joining ADL, she was consulting with domestic and international startups and emerging tech companies to improve talent acquisition and implement talent management strategies. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology from the American University of Paris.
