Carmen Yam

Having lived in Asia, Europe and the US, Carmen brings a strong international perspective and a passion for sustainability. Prior to ADL, Carmen led data governance and process improvement at Greentown Labs, the largest climate tech incubator in the US, and devised strategies for managing 500+ portfolio companies. Before that, she led global expansion for OmniFoods, a plant-based food company in Asia, into 10 countries. Carmen studied International Business and French at the University of Hong Kong, along with a year at Yale University specializing in French and Philosophy.
