ADL speaks at TensorBeat 2017
ADL’s managing partner, spoke at TensorBeat 2017 on May 7th to talk about how his team uses TensorFlow to create customized data science enabled business solutions for legacy sector companies. The panel entitled TensorFlow in Manufacturing and Industry 4.0. provided and overview of real world applications of TensorFlow in industry today. Coincidentally, one of ADL’s partner, who helped develop the High Performance Computing for Manufacturing program (HPC4Mfg) at Lawrence Livermore National Lab in 2015, shared the stage with LLNL’s James Sebastian Henrikson who is one of the leading scientists tasked to the program. The 250 person event, held @Walmart Labs in Sunnyvale, CA was a terrific overview of some of the leading practices from across the machine learning field. TensorFlow, an open-source machine intelligence library created by Google in 2015 is rapidly becoming the dominant ML platform for data science projects.
